By accessing or using ImageHog, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ImageHog is a platform that enables users to sell media content via Telegram Business using Telegram Stars. We provide the tools to manage bots and process Pay-Per-View (PPV) messages.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you distribute. You must comply with Telegram's Terms of Service and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You may not use ImageHog for illegal activities or to distribute non-consensual or prohibited content.

4. Payments and Fees

ImageHog charges a flat monthly fee for its services. Payments are processed via Stripe. Telegram Stars transactions are subject to Telegram's own fees and policies. We do not take a percentage of your Stars revenue.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and your ImageHog dashboard access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms the platform or its users.

7. Limitation of Liability

ImageHog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
